The Carver of Elloit is an egotistic baron of means. The carver has the power to reach every person in the planet for his Network of Group of Carver's Means - except the republic of the Chinese's People that they push his presence back in his country. When he is tied to the disappearance of a British battleship in the China Sea of the South, they send James Bond to investigate. It is in Hong Kong where Obligation finds Wai Lin, a member of the External Security force of the People of China. With and without the help of Wai Lin, the Obligation soon begins to uncover a conspiracy that Russian - kazajo goes in everything behind to a mission in the Guest, and a war will begin only to feed the fire that is the ego of the Carver. El Tallista de Elloit es un barón de medios egotista.
